Mary McCarthy, Co-Founder: McCarthy has 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur and seven years as the owner and founder of YMT Consultants, Inc., a business consulting and development firm. McCarthy is the former Chairperson of SCORE Columbus, sat on the Athena PowerLink Governing Body, sits on the programming committee for the Westerville Chamber, and public policy committee for National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) Columbus Chapter. She is a former member of the now-retired Ohio Department of Development’s Small Business Advisory Council.
Caroline Worley, Co-Founder and Secretary: Worley is the in-house council at The Champion Companies, and former owner of Worley Law, LLC, a legal practice focused on mid-sized business, which she founded in 2009. Before starting Worley Law, LLC, Caroline worked with other law firms, both large and small, and as an Assistant County Prosecutor in Franklin County, Ohio. Caroline serves on the Columbus Chamber's Small Business Council, as a Trustee of the Westerville Chamber, and as Past President for the Columbus Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners. Caroline was named a top 20 finalist for the 2012 Jefferson Awards, was chosen as Westerville Chamber's 2013 Outstanding Business Person of the Year, WELD'S 2014 Woman You Should Know honoree and received a 2014 Honorable Mention for the 2014 Enterprising Women of the Year Awards. Additionally, Caroline received the Columbus Chamber's 2014 Small Business Leader Award, 2015 Sunny 95 Outstanding Women honoree and received the 2015 Capital University Law School Alumni Outstanding Service Award. In August of 2014, Caroline completed a full Ironman triathlon.

Helen M. Colón, CDFA, Ameriprise Financial: Helen is a Financial Advisor and a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst with The Seeley Group, a financial advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial Services Inc. Helen’s practice is dedicated to helping clients formulate a strategy for retirement income that considers all their assets, savings, investments, Social Security and other potential income sources to help them be well prepared.
Tanya Copley, Fifth Third Bank: Tanya Copley is Business Banking Relationship Manager at Fifth Third Bank who prospects and maintains clients with revenues up to $10 million. During the last ten years, Tanya has assisted business owners and entrepreneurs by providing financing and cash management solutons to acquire and grow their businesses.
Sue Kantor, Sophisticated Styling: Sue Kantor is the Founder of Sophisticated Styling and her mission is to empower women through their appearance. As a trained image consultant and personal wardrobe stylist, Sue helps women with their closets and shopping to make the best choices for their lifestyle and career.
Rita McNeil Danish, Esq., Partner, Taft: As a trusted advisor, Rita leads her clients down the unconventional path to successful outcomes. She is a savvy problem solver, legal strategist, and committed advocate. Her vast matrix of experiences in the public and private sectors have made her keenly adept in municipal law, crisis management, government affairs, economic development and personnel/human resources. Rita serves those in the corporate community who need assistance navigating public sector organizations that are owned and operated by government entities. She also addresses organizations in the public sector, which require legal counsel who understands the nuances of government law. She brings her passion to empower economic growth in local communities through diversity and inclusion work with small, women- and minority-owned businesses.
Erika Gable, Executive Director: Erika Gable has almost two decades of experience with nonprofits and social enterprises ranging from small start-ups to large, grant-making organizations. She holds an MBA and MPA from The Ohio State University in Nonprofit Management, Philanthropy, Strategy, and Enterprise Sustainability. Erika also holds a Certificate in Advanced Studies of Cultural Competency from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. She has served on seven different nonprofit boards of directors, and is currently the President-Elect and Chair of the Development & Marketing Committee for the Columbus Early Learning Centers, and the Secretary for the Central Ohio Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.
Erika has worked with organizations including the United Way of Central Ohio, United Way of Dane County, KidsOhio.org, Columbus Urban League, NC4K, Enterprise Ireland, The Wells Foundation, United Schools Network, Enterprise Ireland, University of Wisconsin at Madison, The Ohio State University, and the Better Business Bureau of Central Ohio. Her expertise includes board governance and facilitation, fundraising and development, public speaking, strategic planning, community development, organizational strategy, project management, event planning, and research.
She lives on the Southside of Columbus with her husband, Todd, their Dog, Dax, and their baby daughter, Adelyn.
