Caroline is the in-house counsel at the Champion Companies, and a former owner Worley Law LLC, a legal practice focused on mid-sized businesses founded in 2009.

Mary McCarthy (Left) Co-founder and President

President: McCarthy serves as President/CEO of the WSBA, is founder and owner of YMT Consultants a business consulting and development firm and is a co-founder of Accelerating Angels an angel investor firm providing needed funding for high-growth women founders. McCarthy brings more than 20 years of entrepreneurial knowledge and success to the depth of programs and services provided by the WSBA.
